Charletha Blake's journey in the realm of human services began with a Bachelor of Arts in Therapeutic Recreation from Savannah State University in 2002, followed by a Masters in Education with a focus on Adult Education and Training from the University of Phoenix in 2017. Her academic pursuit culminated in a Masters in Social Work from Capella University in 2023, further enriching her expertise. Specializing in training and supervision, child and family services, quality management, accreditations, and program planning and implementation, Charletha proudly serves as the CARF Accreditation Representative for TPCS, LLC, ensuring unparalleled standards of care. Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds fulfillment in hobbies such as extreme couponing, globe-trotting adventures, curating engaging social media content, and treasuring moments with family and friends. Charletha's current aspiration is to continuously evolve and embrace growth, striving to become the best version of herself personally and professionally.

Jawaun Griffin, BA, QP

Site Director - Winston Salem NC, Greensboro NC , West Chester PA

Jawaun Griffin, BA, QP, is the Site Director for Winston-Salem and Greensboro. He earned his BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from Winston-Salem State University in 2010. As a Qualified Professional, Jawaun specializes in Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Planning, Code of Ethics, Cultural Diversity, NCI, First-Aid, and CPR. His hobbies and interests include spending time with his family, sports, basketball, vacationing, music, and comedy. His current goal is to become a masters-level clinician.

Loretta Salter, BA, MSW, LCSWA, LCASA

IDD Director - Winston Salem, NC

Loretta serves as the IDD Director of Services/Clinician. She earned her BA in Speech/Theatre with a concentration in Communications from Fayetteville State University in 1995 and her Master of Social Work from Walden University in 2022. Loretta specializes in individual, group, and family therapy utilizing CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing, as well as Person-Centered Planning and Cultural Diversity. Her hobbies and interests include spending time with family and friends, enjoying the arts such as plays, theatre, museums, festivals, comedy, traveling, and worshipping God. Loretta's current goal is to empower others to be their best selves.

Dr. Frank Washington, BA, MA, PhD

Site Director - All Ohio locations

Frank Washington, BA, MA, PhD, serves as the Site Director for Cleveland. He earned his B.S. in Psychology from Fayetteville State University in 1988, his M.A. in Counseling from John Carroll University in 1994, and his PhD in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Psychology from The Union Institute and University in 2003. Frank enjoys serving God, running, officiating basketball, and listening to soulful music. His current goal is to continue expanding Top Priority's brand in Ohio.

Alicia Salter, AP

IDD Compliance Coordinator - Winston Salem, NC

Alicia Salter serves as the IDD Compliance Coordinator. She holds certifications as an Associate Professional and in Person Centeredness. Alicia enjoys shopping, spending time with family, traveling, and watching foreign films. Her current goal is to help cultivate IDD members and personnel through personal and professional development.

Quawana D. Martin, BA

Human Resources Director - All Locations

Quawana D. Martin,, holds a BA in Psychology from North Carolina Central University, earned in 2001. She is certified in Human Rights, Crisis Prevention, and Person-Centered Thinking/Planning. With specialties in recruitment, training and development, compensation, and benefits, Quawana is also an active member of SHRM. Her personal interests include spending time with family, attending church and participating in church-related activities, engaging in women fellowship, reading, and traveling. Her current goal is to mentor at-risk youth.

Ar-Rian Stepter, BA

QBHS Supervisor - Ohio

Ar-Rian Stepter, BA, MA, is the QBHS Supervisor. She earned her BA in Psychology and Sociology from Wright State University in 2016 and her MA in Healthcare Administration from Ashford University in 2021. Specializing in adult and child case management, Ar-Rian is dedicated to helping the community, spending time with family, and traveling. Her goal is to continue advancing and growing the Cleveland office.

Peer Support Supervisor - Winston Salem NC, Greensboro NC

Keith Blake, BA

Keith Blake, BA, QP, serves as a Qualified Professional and Peer Support Supervisor. He earned his B.A. in Sociology from Saint Augustine’s College in 1999. Keith has a keen interest in history, traveling, and sports, particularly basketball and football, with a special affinity for the Philadelphia Eagles. His current goal is to help others reach their full potential.
