Dr Masoud HEJAZI
Dr Hejazi, is a board certified and diplomat in child/adolescent and adult psychiatry and addiction medicine. He has been in practice for over forty years. He is a lifetime distinguished fellow of American psychiatric association, academy of child/adolescent psychiatric association and fellow of American society of addiction medicine.

Daphne K. Sharpe DNP, LNC, FNP-BC
Daphne K. Sharpe has been a health care provider for more than 30 years. She began her career as a Registered Nurse. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Winston-Salem State University; obtained two Masters of Science in Nursing degrees from Duke University one masters as a Family Nurse Practitioner and one master’s degree in Nursing & Healthcare Leadership. Dr. Sharpe culminated her education with her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Chatham University. She became a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center in 2005. She practices as a Family Nurse Practitioner and is an Assistant Professor of nursing and the course coordinator for the Community/Public Health Nursing course at Winston-Salem State University. She is a published author in multiple peer reviewed
